I certainly felt better about the yard learning to do this. Then I went outside and found out that it had promptly forgotten how it was done, or else it was in collusion with you to drive me crazy.

Yards can be so much trouble.
I wasn't meaning to start anything. Now this yard is misbehaving.
How about North, South, East, and West? They never shift on you.
oh u are right abt that. because in spite of what lotus says, no matter where i'm standing i never know which direction north, south, east or west is.
Okay. The house faces east on the road (20th) which runs north - south. The back yard is, of course, behind the house, which puts the back of the house toward the west. And, if byron and the graphics program will leave the house alone, all will stay that way online, too.
