Did you move a bench or find another one? It looks good from this angle.

It looks very good. Neat & clean for an entrance. If you paint the door dark red it will look very striking and will have good curb appeal too. Just make sure it doesn't clash with the steps. I'm still trying to boss you around, aren't I ??? : )

Yeah, it would look better if you lowered it like I suggested..... : ) I did notice that you left my candle sticks and airplane plants.....they look real nice!

I sure am glad you finally gave me some rank!! I'm glad you also put some mulch around that bush .......

Charles Cirilo said...

Ahhh, you left it.

Uhhh? What side entrance gate from Rogers????

Charles Cirilo said...

Yeah, he does the same thing here.....he made me get outside today after he got off of work and put mulch around the trees and then clean the entire garage out so we could put both vehicles back in there....He's such a slave driver!!!

I got this birdbath for mama at Breedlove Nursey in Tyler. She fell in love with it and I, of course, could never resist buying the things that made her happy. I'm glad Kailani is enjoying it these days, as my new place has no need of another fountain and my heart is happy to know it is still being cherished. MamaBird would like seeing little Kailani tending it. :)

love the pavers!

Moved it from the fence to make room for even more plants. Lydia now has the wrought iron patio set.

funny, I don't remember Chas being so industrious, sarge.

the pavers turned out to be a blessing. getting rid of this eyesore mudhole started out with just a few pavers, then graduated to more, then more. a couple of ideas we had were, a floating wood bridge over rock, or (cheap) a pine bark mulch bed, either of which would have worked.

I love it all! Looks very nice....Maybe one day you will actually sit out there and drink an Iced Tea and enjoy it! :)

Ok. I guess you can have your way since I'm no longer there....

I don't think our transplant survived the trip. It looks dead.....I'll keep watering it with some Miracle Grow and hope it comes back.

Oh! I'm sorry.....did I say Charles?? I guess I was mistaken with that quote : ) My last boss used to tease me and call me the "Straw Boss" ---- can you believe that?

i have the mate to that kitty. it likes it in my garden. it keeps peeing and killing all my boxwood hedges i planted. everything lives there but my boxwoods which i thought should be very hardy. so i guess it is the kitty pee.

just abt the time i had decided to tell you, your beautiful yard deserved a crape murtle or two, i spotted this flowering tree in the background. i love them.

Byron @ said...

They sprout up everywhere. We have to keep pulling them up from the beds where I don't want them.

Lydia Carroll said...

next time you get some sprouting up where you dont want them, bucket them for me and i'll pick em up on my way thur from a mad dash to somewhere or back. didn't know they would do that.
