Unfortunately, the bank doesn't think so :(
After several years of unsightly clutter and utilitarian use, it was time to restore the laundry room to it's rightful place. We hope you enjoy these pictures of the finished product as much as we like the new space.

Good for him. Nothing wrong with a vision.
Howdy, Kay. What's for supper?
Everything looks great.
Do you still have the pantry that was in the kitchen, or did that get absorbed by the project.
Debby says it is still there, I said it was used to build the passageway and door into the laundry room.
As for the whole thing, the colors are perfect for the area, and there is no doubt the value of the space is increased. It's a real good upgrade.
Well, she has every right to be proud of her kitchen, as do you. It took a lot of work to pull it off; especially so well.
Pantry is still there, unchanged. It juts back into the den about 18 inches or so, where the closet began.
Curt is right. The bank needs to be watching HG. Seen a whole lot worse turn to something beautiful.
Was wondering if u were going to show this off. Lovely job on the stair and rail too.
Like.
I be most proud, it's `way gorgeous!
Everything is beautiful. It's awesome to have some many skills.
Yep. A new shell like this costs upwards of $60,000. He's priced both the Aspen from United Bilt and the Country Classic from Dixie homes.
This kind of work is like eating ice cream to us.
She is proud. She wants 2 more wavy glass inserts by the sink, and she'll get them as soon as our money gets right. It's a little slower doing things out of pocket.
whoa! I think he can build his own for half the price. This is why we are going trailer. It's not the manor we'd dreamed of retiring to, but having it paid for and retiring my nerves is the tradeoff well worth it.
That plant needs life support. :)
you trust that bolt and rabbit ear holder to hold that tv?
He had a cut-out photo of himself, pete, and ben in that boat for many years.
Turned out really nice! Good idea to remake it!
Glad to see my old hat being favored. :)
Opening that up makes such a difference! You really did some great work on this one!
It's really nice. So smart to move the laundry room into the house like that! That's a real bonus for a house. Fantastic work too.
Don't see a pic of your tile work on the floor. You need to post one of that too.
Yes it does!
As long as I don't abuse it, yes. For extra support, I had removed and drilled through the case too :)
#22 shows a good bit, and this one too:
That's a good pic. The laundry room make-over is envious! So nice! I love that it opens to the house now too. That's exceptional.
