Without a doubt you've got a beautiful home.

Constant vigilance required. I did trim back the overgrown hedges you see taking over the windows since these pictures were taken.

Know how that goes.

privet

Byron @ said...

Ya think?

Charles Cirilo said...

If you grow a whole lot of privets in a hedge you will have more privacy.

Byron @ said...

We can hanky-panky in the privet?

Byron @ said...

I'll have to ask kay if that's ok.

positive. It grew itself wild at peach street and I decided to mke it a tree and took it with us to harrisonburg, It's widely cultivated in lieu of boxwood bec it is just as malleable but a much more rapid grower--greater gratification.

Yeah, I transplanted the one we've got from its wild rooted spot to the corner of the fence where it now is. Grows rapidly, has a lot of little Spring blooms, smells nice, and can be shaped to a small tree. Couldn't ask for more. Not edible, however, so is not to be confused with pineapple.

I agree. A great selection for the landscape.

They are happy little bushes/trees. Don't even need to sing to them.
