Eclipse

We were sitting around the front porch drinking jagermeisters, watching the bugzapper, and lying to each other, when the last lunar eclipse of 2004 came along so I thought I'd send you guys that missed it a few pics. The next total eclipse of the moon will not be until March 2007.

wow! great pixs B! ..... *jeolous* never been able 2 Xperience natural wonders. it's crap that i grew up in singapore..... high rise buildings are such an impediment to our view of eclipses. hahahaha!

just have to add that these pix sparked something in me ----> i watched this controversial film once. i highly recommend it to everyone who fancies watching a moving landscape painting! i reckon if you enjoyed looking at B's pixs, watch : KOYAANISKATSI

it's a non-narrative film by an American director, Godrey Reggio. no story line......just moving images accompanied by an instrumental soundtrack. pixs of the eclipse would be an awesome addition to koyaaniskatsi ........ ;)

Wasn't that incredible? It looked very red at our house. Royce called me, not knowing what it was, to say that the moon looked bloody. Here's a picture he took where you can see the red a little bit:

I didn't know there was suposed to be an eclipse last night, so when I looked up and saw bloody moon and all I could remember was it was mentioned somewhere in revalations when all the seals were beaing opened up.

"And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;" (Rev 6:12)"

Did we miss the first 5 seals?
