seems like everyones christmas was full of fun.
so glad everyone is enjoying themselves.
wesley is looking a bit older. i'm remind of the dream i had of him
about two nights ago. why i dreamed of him out of the blue i do not know.

'there was some cleaning up chores to do in the yard. the boys had been cleaning up a bunch of trash and loading it on a trailer. i thought it was me and my boys until wesley showed up. then it was like it was yours. (there were two of them specifically) they'd been working several hours of the day and there was still more to do plus other chores. it was dusk by now and wesley came out to finish loading the trailer so the boys could go catch-up the other chores. it was plain to see that wesley was wearied from his own chores of the day but still his pity and concern for the boys spurned him on. he over taxed himself from the work, had a heart attack and died'.

terrible to pass on such a dream but it left such an impression on my mind that when i awoke from this dream i was concerned about the the reality of it. that is, it seemed so real. him and his tanned and weathered skin standing there including the texture of the clothes he wore (a flannel plaid shirt and jeans). his pants crisp like new but worked in with the legs crumpled from the layered length upon the pointed cowboy boots and leather western belt . i can still plainly see the W top-stitching on the back pockets of the wranglers he wore. every detail about him was so realistic.

i wondered why i'd specifically dream of wanglers as my boys do not wear them.
laying there on my bed i prayed for wesley and all who would be concerned if something like this should happen to him.
bible says to tell a dream as a dream, but a little added prayer never hurt.

talk about a nightmare! whew!
not to worry, these pics don't do him any justice. his arthritis was bothering him a bit kay says, but he's still just an aggravating old codger..., pretty much like i always remember him. sure, he'll kick up his feet one day like an armadillo, but right now he's having way too much fun being a thorn in my side. *smile*

'not to worry"?

bumpkins woke up yesterday morning telling his mama. '"me-maw sick mama, me-maw sick. paw-paw cry."
obviously he'd been dreaming. jacq called to see how i was doing and let me talk to bumpkins. "doing fine" i say. but last night i get this pain in my side, sharp shooting pains that tortured me all the night. threw me into having those stupid head spells along with it. today my side is still in pain but not like thru the night and my head fills like its pressured up with inflammation which is what is usually does aft i've had a time of it with those spells. i think it is my kidneys acting up although its been some time since i've had that problem. i feel better and i am up so at least it didnt kill me this time round either.
i was waiting for paw-paw to cry over me but he never did. :)
