When it rains, it pours

Ok, I'll do the lamppost. Ok, I'll change the compressor and save you
$3600. Ok, Mr D., I'll do the repairs of your porch for $$$ so the
painter doesn't charge you big bucks. Ok, i'll try to have the room
ready for the evacuees from New Orleans running from Ivan. Ok, Ok, Ok,
geez, what DO I do for fun?

well.. at least you arn't losing tools.. i moved to Mississippi.. i thought i was in "the south" instead of volunteering to help folks i would loan them the tools...except i have lost about $1,000 worth of tools.. (give or take a couple hundred) ...these folks I "helped" actually went as far as changing their cell phone number....................................
I think they resented my laziness.

didn't you learn ANYTHING fm g'pa? anyway, i'd be calling on them asking for my tools! you know where they live, don't you? just drive by and pick them up.
